Just one of the things in my train of thoughts
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
Hi everyone, finally I'm able to update my blog after a few attempts of updating this blog. It's been two days straight of not going anywhere and not even going out of my apartment. Nasib baik banyak barang rumah yang dah habis, so that the four of us are forced to go to Walmart untuk beli groceries. It has been a very unproductive holidays so far (well put aside the two videos that we took). My holidays were all about korean dramas, english movies, cooking, sleeping, beds, dancing, singing, laughing, unos, jengas, clues, airport, and eating. 'Productive'? I know right? HAHA. I think I have gained weight. I am so going to be on diet this semester. Haha, mana taknya, pukul 1 pagi still tak tidur instead we had a heavy supper, almost everyday. Then right after that semua duduk atas katil and watch movies. Haihh, menternak lemak je.
Okay, that's not my purpose of writing this entry. I was having brunch just now (yes I had brunch at 2 pm), then I remembered about my essay for Children's Literature.
Amy Popillion said something about how important reading at an early age was for children. And I wrote something about my habit (well precisely my siblings habit) of reading comics or novels in the toilet while doing number #2. HAHA. Okay, let us not focusing on that.
Sometimes, kena marah dengan Mak. Haha. Well, you know ada certain people they read newspaper in the toilet, so sama jugak kan? Okay, then Amy commented on that sentences, she said she's impressed and she remembered that her parents even put a lot of books on the racks outside the toilet in case anyone would want to read a book in the toilet. See?? That means, our habit sebenarnya orang American pun dah buat. Haha.
My point is (okay, tell me dah berapa kali I intended to say about my point? Okay, honestly, I forgot what was my main point. Sorry. But let me just go on with what I have in mind. Boleh ke?). Biasalah dah a few days terperap dalam rumah, and almost a week of not having classes, I lost my ability to put the things I had in mind into words. Haha.
Read aloud to children is important. Really. Though they still can't talk nor read, they actually are learning something. That's how they learn new words. According to one study, the differences between low socioeconomic status and mid-high socioeconomic status are 30 to 34 thousands less word utterances. That is seriously banyak okay? The low SES people, can't afford to buy children's books or any books for their children because they need the money to buy other crucial things to survive and support their families. Takde masa nak read aloud to their children. So, kita yang Alhamdulillah ada kemampuan dari segi masa dan kewangan, make use of your 24 hours to spend some quality times with your children to read a book to them. Tak kisah lah, bacakan Al-Quran ke, cerita pasal sirah ke, bacakan english books, red riding hood or whatsoever. Janji you do read something to your children. Guna bahasa yang betul (bukan guna suara pelat okay?) You can use the infant-directed speech, iaitu guna higher-pitched, more melodic and emotionally-charged tone. Tapi tak perlu memelatkan diri.
Sebab nanti your child akan terikut-ikut the way you talk. And jangan cakap laju sangat jugak. Susah bebudak nak ikut jugak. Haha. Tetiba serius kan? Lewls
I watched "The Return of Superman", a Korean reality and variety show. There are a lot of important things that you can learn when you watch this program, serious. Selain dipaparkan dengan muka-muka chubby dan cute serta perangai-perangai comel bebudak tu, you can learn some things about parenting. Contohnya, after taking two subjects of human development, I now know that Song Il-Kook's parenting styles is the best. Serious. You can just Youtube his video. He's the father of Song Daehan, Song Minguk and Song Manse (Triplets). I even used his videos to write an essay for Human Development class. I recommend you to watch this program. Kalau malas, you can just skip the other fathers' part and just watch Song Il-Kook's. Put aside all your stereotypes about Koreans' program and just watch this with "parenting styles" theme in your mind. You'll learn something.
Okay, all the best! :)

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
It's now 12.50 a.m. on Wednesday. I work tomorrow but I am still not sleeping. I'm going to regret this the first thing tomorrow morning. HAHA.
I was planning out what needs to be done (assignments, presentation, paper, and finals) and I went to check my degree audit and realize I only need to take 3 subjects next semester to graduate but I am still going to take the human development subject, (just cause I like it). Dah almost three years kat sini and I can't believe next semester is going to be my last semester. I started working at ISU Dining last semester but my supervisor likes me (I guess). HAHA. So, she always say "all my favorite people are going to graduate in May." (That is me including in the 'people'.)
Hajar posted the picture of us last two years when we had our first snow. I remember how we were all excited to go outside and play with snow. Padahal it was super cold.
Muka masing2 masih innocent. Sekarang, bila snow turun we all are like "Nooooooooo~!" HAHA. This was in December 8, 2013. Exactly two years ago. Surprisingly, Ames is not covered in white this time around. Winter came rather late this time around. But honestly, I like it more.
Pardon our weird sculpture-like posture picture. This was our first trip in US, Des Moines. Although a lot of people laughed when we said we had a trip to Des Moines, but honestly that was the best decision we have ever made. Ramai orang still takd peluang nak masuk dalam the Capitol and witness the breathtakingly beautiful library in the Capitol. Serius.
This is just the awkwardly standing alone picture of me. I have always hate it when I need to take a picture of myself alone because I seriously don't know what to do with my hands. HAHA. But I took it anyway. So... I looked young here (well, in my opinion.)
While I was looking for our first year picture, I stumbled upon this picture which was taken in February 2012. About three years ago, I guess. Haha, innocent dan kurusnya saya. lewl. This was at Lembah Pangsun where we had our camp together with the Taylor's College students.
Really, I have nothing important to say. Just thought of writing something. I have had a busy and stressful week for the past couple of weeks. Well, I still have presentation going on Thursday, Family Issue paper due on my first day of Final as well as three Finals next week. Wish me luck! I am so close to the end of this semester. Tolonglah Azira, jangan give up. Sikit je lagi. Then you have less than five months of classes before you graduate. (weeeee~)
Okay. I should stop here. I need to sleep. I have to go to work tomorrow morning. Oh, pray for my health as well, I have been coughing for almost one month and still haven't recovered. Too busy and lazy to go to the Student Health Center.
Okay, this time for real. Bye! Assalamualaikum..
Also, all the best for those who have test or finals this week or the upcoming week! May Allah eases everything.

30-Day Writing Challenge: Day #2
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
Title for today would be: Your earliest memory.
I'd say, it's hard to remember which one of the memories I had in mind was the earliest. So.. I decided to write about my earliest memories or maybe specifically memories during my childhood.
Antaranya tertera di perenggan seterusnya (k skema):
1. Baju baru, kasut baru and of course duit raya.
2. balik kampung
3. Jumpa cousins
4. Bunga api (I was a big fan of bunga api, and not so much on mercun.)
5. Inai of course.
I still remembered that before this, Raya selalunya jatuh pada hari sekolah so there will be no more classes after raya which was great. So, as a child saya anticipated Hari Raya a lot. Sebab I got to buy a lot of new stuff; baju kurung, baju jalan, seluar jalan, kasut raya dan kalau diperlukan mungkin stokin raya juga. haha.
Honestly, I could not remembered this one but what I am going to tell you is based on the pictures my family got of me and my brother, Naem. So, I remembered seeing a couple of pictures of me and Naem wearing identical clothes. I don't have that picture in my laptop so tak boleh nak tunjuk. Ingat lagi, kalau raya and nak beli baju saya dan Naem, Mak and Abah always brought us to The Stores and beli baju Kiko or KikiLala. Haha, ingat lagi jenama ni? The one thing that I can recalled was the pink heels that I wanted for my kasut raya. There's like polystyrene marbles in the heels and the heels was transparent. Ecehh, konon perasan princess lah tu. Hahah. For duit raya, me and a few of my friends followed Naem and a few of his friends (well, kitorang duduk berek dulu, so his friend selalunya kawan je dengan saya. Kawan saya kawan je dengan Naem), went for raya, jalan-jalan kemain jauh sampai Kampung Bukit Merbah, beraya rumah entah sesiapa entah. Haha lepas tu complained bila ada sorang makcik ni bagi duit raya 50 sen je. lol. Bila dah besar baru faham perasaan bila ada budak entah sesiapa datang nak beraya rumah. lewls. Sorry makcik2, pakcik2 yang kitorang pernah beraya. :P
and yes, nilah berek. I think this was at my house level, level 1. and again yes, the one in front wearing a purple kurung is me. hahah. Baju merah tu pulak Naem. yang lain tu semua kawan kitorang. yang paling kecik tu jiran kitorang. hiks.
Balik kampung, paling suka. Kalau dulu selalunya akan balik awal. Like 3 hari sebelum raya so that sempat merasa berbuka dan sahur di kampung. Saya suka duduk dalam kereta, walaupun most of the time I fell asleep. Suka sebab boleh singgah R&R and makan banyak benda (macam bihun sup and pau) ngeheheh. And boleh tidur tanpa diganggu. Pergerakan kereta macam kena dodoi, so I like it.
And of course, bila balik kampung maksudnya akan jumpa cousin.
I changed laptop so that's why the watermark on this picture is different from the usual. Haha, anyways, above are my cousins for my mom's side. And yes, that kid with red shirt was me. I'm small, I know. Lol, masa kecik mestilah kecik kan, nak besar mana pulak. The one beside me who showed the peace sign with those little fingers is Naem. Rindunya zaman bebudak dulu. huhu.
And of course bila dah sampai kampung, memang every night akan main bunga api and mercun sampailah stock habis. I prefer playing with bunga api than the mercuns (tambah 's' sebab I meant all types of mercun lewl). Sebab for me mercun sangat scary since you need to throw it as fast as you can and just imagine what will happen if tetiba tangan kita macam lambat sikit nak react untuk baling? Haaaaaa, kan bahaya. Tapi I remembered abah pernah bagi buluh kecik yang kat hujung dia boleh letak seketul mercun papan, seketul je ye? Bukan sepapan, untuk letak kat situ and bakar. So that I don't have to touch it using my hand or fingers. But still, I don't like mercun. Tapi dah besar sekarang, malas dah nak keluar main bunga api, mercun lagilah kan? Tak suka sebab asap banyak gila and dentuman dia kuat sangat, sampai rasa macam jantung pun bergegar terus. Saya kengkadang marah cousins yang main sebab ada babies yang tidur dalam rumah. Pastu kat luar berdentam-dentum. Kita yang dah besar pun terkejut, babies apatah lagi kan? Takdelah marah depan2, marah sama2 dengan cousin perempuan yang felt the same dengan saya je. AHAHA. kalau dulu siap macam berlawan bunyi mercun dengan kampung sebelah lagi, sekarang nak dengar pun rasa nak marah. HAHAH. Well, people changed. hiks
Last would be pakai Inai. Selalu malam raya memang all the girls akan kerumun nenek. I mean siang tu mak-mak tolong petikkan daun inai. Sebab bebudak perempuan semua nak pakai inai. Then malam tu, nenek yang tolong tumbukkan dedaun tu guna lesung batu. Ingat lagi semua excited. Lepas tu mak masing2 yang selalunya akan pakaikan. Pakai before tidur, lepas dah gosok gigi and buat segala keperluan sebelum tidur. Sebab jari2 ni akan dibalut dengan plastik kedai runcit warna merah or oren tu. Kena ikat ketat2 supaya sesiapa yang tidur buas tu takdelah inai bersepah melepet atas tilam. Lewl, and besok pagi saya dengan cousins semua excited nak basuh tangan sama2 dalam satu gayung. Haha, jari semua kecut tapi suka sebab merah. Tapi, bila dah besar jadi tak suka sangat inai. Sebab nampak tak bersih, I mean you know, bila tak pakai inai kan kuku dengan tangan putih je, then bila pakai kuku jadi merah/oren. So nampak tak lawa. Lewl.
So, that's it. My earliest memories of my childhood.
Akhirnya berjaya update my second day of writing challenge. hihi.
Last but not least, stay safe everyone. :) May Allah protects us all.

30-Day Writing Challenge: DAY #1
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
A friend of mine posted a picture for the 30 day writing challenge. I don't know if I can istiqamah. Huhu. But let's try. Okay, I promised to finish the 30 day challenge but maybe not in a row. Since I'm still a student, so takdelah free sangat kan. Lewl.
So, today will be about 5 problems with social media. Important to remember, this going to be solely opinion-based, which will be purely my opinion.
I think I first entered the social media was when I was in Form 2, myspace. Sebab all of my friends were all in myspace so rasa left out bila I'm the only one without it. And then I heard about friendster, well along that timeline jugak, secondary school. Then there were the emergence of twitter, facebook, etc, you name it. Semua ada.
Herm, what are the five problems of social media that came up in my mind?
1. It makes people forgot about their real life and focus more on virtual life
Did any of you read about the popular instagrammer girl whom deleted all of her pictures and re-uploaded again with the explanation behind the scenes of how those pictures were taken. It is so true. Cuba korang keluar and just sit at any restaurant and look around you. I'd say not all but almost everyone will look at their phones and rarely make a conversation with the people beside them. We should go out in the evening with our loved ones and do something physical like play badminton, jog around the park or whatsoever instead of just sit in your house and scroll down instagram or tweeting or even facebook-ing. (I need to changed this habit of mine too. Sigh.)
2. Medan pergaduhan
This one I'd say happened recently. Well, mungkin lama dah tapi lately banyak news pasal ni. For example, the keyboard warriors lah selalunya. I remembered reading a post about a girl, asking for help from everyone but she wrote it in english (she's Malay by the way). The comments kat bawah *sigh*. Come one, banyak lagi benda you should be concern about instead of whether that girl write it in english or Malay. Why, kalau in english kita tak boleh tolong ke? Banyak lagi lah example pergaduhan yang ada. Kira in summary, media sosial ni lah sebenarnya macam lagi senang untuk dijadikan medan pergaduhan sebab semua orang ada interpretation masing2 and ianya sangatlah senang untuk di misinterpret.
3. The spread of videos (I meant video yang tak bawa manfaat)
You know video pasal love confession between primary school students, secondary school students. Which is not good. I just felt sorry for them and I am wondering. Did they ever thought even once about how they parents might felt if they find the video they posted? Even video about vape. Oh come on, apa yang nak dibanggakan sangat? Banyak lagi benda yang you can be proud of. You know, once you posted the videos online, there's no turning back. Some people somewhere might have downloaded that video and keep it in their record. So, it is just impossible to delete it, well you can delete it but it is still there. Even pictures (this is what I experienced), gambar masa saya masih berfashion, huhu, I mean pentingkan pemakaian, it is still out there. *sigh* Know this, when you are looking for jobs, there's a chance that your employer will search something about you online and they might find these video of you and what do you think they will think about you? Think about it.
4. It's so hard to distinguish which news or stories are real and which are not
Kita semua dah sampai tahap yang fitnah ada di mana2 and media sosial? They are everywhere and sebab kamera sentiasa ada ditangan kita untuk kita record anything or take any pictures. And we (yang melihat/membaca) will never know what actually happened before those picture were taken or the cause of that video. So, sometimes after baca comment kita tend to jadi bias and that's when fitnah berleluasa. Unless, we are rajin enough untuk cari the source of those news/ pictures or even videos.
5. Peningkatan masalah sosial
Budak-budak sekolah rendah sekarang mostly ramai yang dah ada mobile phone and that makes it easier for them to have a really early exposure to what is out there for them especially the social media. Since awal2 lagi diorang dah ter-expose dengan sosial media, meaning they will have an early expose to the virtual world and google have everything that can bring bad influences to them. Jadi ini obviously will be one of the reasons that will lead to an increase in social problems.
I'm not saying social media are all about the negative things, there are still a lot of positive things that social media brought to us. Anyway, that's all for the first day of my writing challenge.
Wish me luck!

Escapism
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
Hello. It's been a while blog sayang. Sorry, laptop rosak and computer dekat campus doesn't allow me updating you. :'( So, here I am, typing these words using my new lappy. hehe.
It was quite stressful for me earlier this semester sebab I am taking two 400 level courses and both are hard. Both classes are at night. Which makes it worse. And so, it was so stressful that I thought of escaping. So I did.
It was an unplanned plan. Lewl. I started asking around about the bus schedule and place to stay on Monday. Oh yeah, I was super stressed on Sunday and that was the day I decided to escape, literally.
At first, saya tak bagitahu sesiapa except the people that I asked. Even #thejirans sorang pun tak tahu. I went to buy the bus ticket on Thursday. At first, I thought of going to Nebraska (Hazirah's Uni) but then I started to contemplate knowing the fact that it's going to take about 5 hours give and take to arrive there. Fuhh, lama sangat for my first escape. HAHA.
Also, the fact that I have another exam on Monday makes me think twice whether to go to Nebraska or not. So, the conclusion, I bought the ticket to Des Moines, just 45 minutes away from Ames by car. Gedik sangat tak nak #thejirans tahu, I even bought a Cyclone tshirt because I worked on Friday. So, takdelah pelik travel while wearing the ISU Dining shirt. And my bus was on Friday evening.
Know why I decided to not let #thejirans know? I had a hard time to not tell whatever happen in my life to them. Sampai one point I thought, that maybe probably diorang pun bosan kut nak dengar. *lewl, childish I know*
I tried my very best to refrain myself from telling about the escapism to any of the #thejirans. Tapi sebab I have usrah on Saturday, I had to tell Ib sebab nanti dia tercari2 pulak. I told Ib that I'm going to Des Moines until Sunday morning. I told Ras that I'm travelling alone, somewhere. And I told them to not tell anyone else. (gedik sangat)
I packed my backpack the night before and put a few more things on Friday morning and Izs saw me. HAHAH. She asked where am I going and I said I have a camp. (sorry Izs).
After class at 3, I went to State Gym to play badminton, sempat lagi tu. Hahah. Okay. Focus.
My bus was late for 10-20 minutes. Like seriously? *roll eyes* Naik je bus, the bus was fulled. Fuhh, I planned to sit beside any women tapi takde pun yang perempuan duduk sorang. Pergh. And there was another passenger behind me, looking for a seat like me. So I just walked until at the back of the bus and sat beside a big muscular guy.
Honestly, my first impression, he looked scary. Really, dengan tattoo besar kat lengan. Pergh. Telan air liur berapa kali entah. He's too big that he even used my space a bit. Nasib baik cheq kecik (eheh puji diri). If I remember it correctly, he said he's 33 years old. Oh yeah, my phone battery was dying. I looked for a plug but there was none. That guy noticed what I was looking for and he said, "Usually there's a plug but this bus doesn't have it. I looked for it earlier." with Mexican slang which was hard to understand actually, at first. I just smiled.
It was raining that evening and me being me, I was shivering. I didn't bring my sweater because I wanted to minimize the things that I have at my back. He said, "You feel cold?" I just smiled and didn't say anything. I folded my arms to make the coldness more bearable. He took his bag underneath and he took out a black/grey cloth (very blanket like looking) and gave it to me. "You can use this and cover yourself. You looked cold. Don't worry, I washed it earlier. It's clean." Lost for words, I did. Feeling cold, I just grab the cloth and wrap it around me. The warmth makes me smile. "Thank you, are you not cold?" I asked when I noticed, he too, was folding his arms. And he said "no, I'm fine, you can use it."
Then, instead of listening to music (which was my initial plan), we talked. He is Mexican, and he came with his friend, who's sitting at the seat in front of me and he's thinner. He asked me about my hijab. Like why I'm wearing it and do I wear it when I'm inside the house (which is a common question for American/Mexican people to ask). And I explained it to him before he asked, "Do you ever commit sins?" Being honest, I was. I said, "Honestly?" And he nodded. "I'm not an angel so yes. I make mistakes and so does people out there." And laughed (quite loud considering we were in the bus), and said "Yes, you're right. We are not angel. Good point."
He asked if I ever drink, and of course I said no and, "Unbelievable. You're kidding me." he said. I said, "No, I'm not. Actually, all Muslims are not allowed to drink." "Why?" still can't believe me that Muslims can't drink. I said, "Well, there's a lot more things to drink aside from beer or wine or anything that makes you drunk, right?" And he smiled, able to find some common sense in my sentence.
Then, we talked about religion. He said he was a Catholic before he changed to Protestant (If I'm not mistaken or is it vice versa). Can't remember. He said he changed because being in one of the group; either Protestant or Catholic, it's easier because the preacher used themselves as an example when they are preaching. So, it's easier to relate and understand.
Just like how we, Muslims make our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. as an example in our life. Then he quoted some verse from the bible. I can't remember which one.
After that, he asked. "What's your God?"
I said, "Allah."
He paused. Smiled and said, "Again?"
"Allah."
"You know what, I don't why is it, but when you say it, 'Allah', it sounds so peaceful. The word itself sounds peaceful."
Then we arrived at Des Moines. Before I went to the bus station earlier, I bought sandwiches. Just in case I got hungry on the bus. Before I went out, I took out the sandwiches. Knowing the fact that he still have about 12 more hours to go before arriving at his destination, I gave him the sandwiches. "You can have this sandwiches."
"No, you're a lot smaller than me, you need it more than me." He said while laughing.
"No, I'm going to my friend's place after this and I'm sure they have foods ready for me. You still have a long journey to go through, you have it."
"Thank you. You have a good day and it was nice meeting you."
So, that was how my first escapism went. Few weeks after that we had a session with sasterawan Negara, Puan Nisah Haron. And she always like to travel alone and she said. The most important thing to do when you're travelling alone is niat. Anything can happen, right. But you need to berhusnuzhon dengan Allah.
Maybe next time, I'll try to travel further. Nebraska mungkin. We'll see.
To the Mexican man, I forgot his name, thank you, for the conversation and blanket. I hope everything went well for you. :) And thank you for telling me that I looked younger than my age. (hikhik.

Graduation post (No, bukan saya)
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
Dah masuk Fall semester 2015 and saya baru nak post pasal graduation. HAHA. Dah seminggu pun start class, entah2 seniors yang graduated semua dah kerja kut.
Some of the seniors yang graduate last semester. Tapi gambar ni termasuk gambar dengan family and beberapa ketul juniors lah.
Ni Surya. Pernah a few times berlakon dengan dia atas pentas as my mother and we were both AJK of AMSISU masa Fall 2014. She always pampered me with her attention and she always treat me like a little girl *in which I admit, suka jugak kengkadang, lewls anak bongsu kan? HAHA*
Kakak kesayangan, Kak Aimi, the first person yang saya jumpa masa first time jejakkan kaki di bumi Ames. I mean selain kak Aisyah lah sebab diorang dua orang yang jemput kitorang. Rindu masakan dia. Fyi, kak Aimi sangat suka masak dan sangat suka bau sabun*eh tetiba takde kena mengena*. Rindulah moment2 kak Aimi check tajwid Azira, tolong Azira hafaz a few surahs. Sabar je dengan Azira, layan Azira and geng #thejirans yang lain. Siapa je lagi nak membebel dekat Manis? Heheh. Jumpa kat Malaysia next year, insyaAllah Kak Aimi. :)
Sebab saya takde gambar dengan Kakak kesayangan lagi sorang ni masa graduation day, so saya masukkan gambar masa graduation night.
I am going to miss you *malu nak cakap depan2, kihkih* Thank you for all the *weird, happy and sad* memories. So, kalau terjumpa kak Rara and dia tengah pegang camera, please don't stay still, dia lagi suka ambik video, so adalah a few videos yang tetiba je ada orang berdiri tegak sambil buat peace sign sebab tertipu. lewls.
So, geng #thejirans and Hannah planned nak buat surprise goodbye party untuk kakak kesayangan dua orang ni. Kitorang buat dekat Inis Groovepark. Konon nak buat usrah outdoor and ni salah satu aktiviti. Aktiviti pasal trust in between us. Lewl. Kena tutup mata and akan ada orang bawak.
Kononnya Ras yang bawak and Hajar supposed to have a cover on her eyes tapi.. lewl. Ramai pelakon dalam kalangan #thejirans ni. Belakang sekali tu Kak Aimi, gambar Kak Rara tak sempat ambik sebab kena tinggal kat tapak mula. HAHA. Sorry lah kak Rara and Kak Aimi tapi, terkejut kan? hehe
Orang yang disambut. Kek tu Hajar yang buat and yang lain tolong hias tempat kejadian and Fuzah masak mi udang sebab tu permintaan Kak Aimi sebelum dia balik. Hihi.
Taken by kak Aimi and oh, Manis takde dalam gambar sebab dia ada di Malaysia.
kesayangan.
Biasalah, lepas sesi makan haruslah ada sesi bergambar. :)
Takde dah sumbat 9 orang dalam satu kereta. Seriously akan rindu. Seriously sayang. :) Ukhuwah fillah till Jannah, insyaAllah. For more years to come~ :*
Macam tak percaya dua tahun dah berlalu masa duduk kat sini. Masa first time sampai serius rasa 3 tahun tu lama sangat. Tapi sekarang we have less than a year to go. Bila balik sini tak ramai dah senior yang tinggal for Masters. But still adalah a few families yang baru sampai for Phd. And lagi tak percaya bila balik sini, kitoranglah senior.
Doakan kitorang, yang terbaik, insyaAllah.
Next year is our turn to graduate insyaAllah. :) Senior year, treat us well. Bismillah~

I was just taking a stroll down memory lane...
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
We were driving through the KESAS highway and semua memories datang. Nak nak pulak drive masa malam (eh tak, saya tak drive tadi).
Ras and I were in the 'avoiding people' phase that summer. And we stayed at Casa that particular weekend but we wanted to study outside. Masalahnya, Subang besar mana pulakkan? Semua tempat rasanya ada budak Taylors. Okay, semua homework yang nak dibuat dah masuk dalam bag dan kitorang pun naik bas kat depan Summit. Teka kitorang nak pegi mana? Tasik sebelah Sime Darby kalau tak salah. Haha, dua2 yakin kononnya ada pondok lah kat situ, boleh hang out tenangkan fikiran kat tempat tak ramai orang sambil buat homework.
Sampai je kat tempat yang dituju, guess what? Tetiba hujan okay. Yes, hujan. And we were like a quarter way through and we couldn't find any traces of pondok haha. Teruslah lari sambil bag letak atas kepala. And teka lagi, last2 kitorang pegi study kat mana..
Subway kat Subang Parade. Yes, kitorang study kat situ. HAHA. Dahlah homework account, memang sikit je pun kertas letak atas meja. Haha. Orang lalu lalang pandang je. Lewl sangat. Konon nak jauhkan diri dari orang. But tahu tak, all these memories yang buat kita gelak and senyum sorang2 bila teringat balik, just like I did just now, in the car. Nasib baik gelap, mak abah tak perasan sangat, kang diorang kata anak dia ni angau pulak. Hiks.

My rant
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
I don't know if you know that I love Hlovate's story. Somehow boleh connect dengan storyline dia, almost semua. Be it versus, contengan jalanan, rooftop rant, Ked's story, Schubert Serenade, anthem, Aa+Bb atau apa je. Semua boleh connect. So, lately I read again all Hlovate's story and it reminds me of my old self.
I don't know if you guys did follow and read my story back then when I used favouritepinkkot url. If you do, then you'll know how I was back then. I wasn't a really good girl. Selalu buat Mak Abah risau, adik-beradik risau. (Sigh)
Okay, here goes my rant..
I still remember how was my perception towards my friends today (the one I knew at Taylor's, well girls). Amphitheater was the place I first saw them. Socks on and tudung menutupi dada. And I was wearing shawl with beads, ribbon besar dekat tepi, cardigans with shirts underneath, jeans and flats, eye liner. Insecure and I talked to myself, "Tak boleh masuk dengan diorang ni."
It's wonderful how Allah could turn one's heart in second. We went to Penang to take our TOEFL test on weekends. And that was the last time I wear what I wore before. Just on the way back to Subang, I can't remember who but she gave me Contengan Jalanan because the journey took so long that I got bored. But I don't like it then because it is too "keagamaan" if you know what I mean.
No matter how different I was from them, they never discriminate me. I remembered one time after I had my turning point, I was always in surau, alone and crying. That time, I started wearing kurung everyday to campus. No more shawl with beads but bawal gaya kupu-kupu (no, bukan berenang gaya kupu-kupu). They came to me and asked what's wrong and they are the one who reach after me when I was drowning alone.
They gave me motivation, like Hajar posted 'I will survive' song on my Facebook wall. I can't remember whether it was Eera or Aina who accompanied me to Mydin to buy handsocks and socks. When I was struggling, I remember Ras scribbled something on my notebook without me noticing and it was "Mujahadah itu pahit, sebab Syurga itu indah." Yes, it was these little things that keep me going, to be a better person.
I was once criticize them but today I am the one who wants to be like them. There's one quote in Contengan Jalanan that I kept in my mind until today, "the man who decided to change on 12th died on 11th." I don't know how and what will my rant does to you but I hope it is a good change. Especially at the last 10 days of ramadhan.

#Sayajual Original EOS Sphere Lip Balm
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
Masa saya first ternampak kawan saya pakai lip balm EOS ni, saya terfikir, "Ya Allah, comelnya. Apebende tu? Rambutan ke?" Lewls.
Jadi kali ini, saya bawakan kepada anda, lip balm EOS yang comel lote. Yang buat si pengguna rasa bangga bila nak guna in public (I do feel like that, rasa macam oh comelnya saya pakai lip balm comel. lewls. okay, jangan judge saya! HAHA)
This is the collections that I have. Tapi dua dah dijual. Okay, mari kita window shopping sama2! :)
Oh, semua lip balm comey ni guna shea butter and jojoba oils.
Strawberry Sorbet (only 1 left)
This one has the strawberry sorbet flavored. It is super cute and bila pakai, dia takkan comot sebab bentuk lip balm tu sendiri. Plus, dia melembabkan je, bukan mewarnakan. hihi. I have never tried this one but I am pretty sure rasa best. hihi. sebab apa? Sebab strawberry lahhh, yummmssss! bau sedap sampai rasa nak makan. haha tapi jangan makan okay? ni bukan gula gula. hiks :P
Blueberry Acai
This one has the blueberry acai flavored. HAHA, don't ask me what is acai. I have no idea. But let me tell you, semua flavors best, serious. One review said that you should wear this balm before you put on your make up so that when you put on your lipstick, your lips will be smooth and makes it easier for your to wear it. :)
Pomegranate Raspberry
Haa, tengok nama pun comey kan? Never tried this one as well tapi sebab ada pomegranate and raspberry, mestilah WOW kan? Well for this one. Almost all the reviews said that it smells and even tastes good! :)
Sweet Mint (only 1 left)
Haa yang ni best! Bila pakai, bibir rasa berangin je. Best lah, not like berangin pedas tapi berangin best. I have tried this one. Haaha, even abang saya yang sulung pun pernah pakai sekali, dia kata best sebab berangin. HAHA.
One of the reviews said that, "When I apply it to my lips, it glides precisely over it." Haa, gitew, see dia punya design actually does help tau when you apply it on your lips.
Tangerine
This one dia medicated lip balm. It comes together with anti-bacterial protection. It will also helps you in preventing bacterial contamination on your lips as well as helps relieve symptoms of cold sores and chapped lips.
It is 95% natural with vitamin C and E, zinc, antioxidants,
Also, since this one is a medicated lip balm, hence the smell is stronger than others. Will you like it? Well, it depends on your personal preferences. :)
Coconut Milk
Haa this one. Warna dia cute gila okay, sebab it is softer than the strawberry sorbet one. Haha I wish I bought this one for me the other day. haha. Also, it is said that this one has an even more lighter and sweeter scent.
Summer fruit.
Haa, yang ni yang saya setia pakai. sampai sekarang saya masih pakai. Best jugak and it has the sweet-like sugar scent. Hehe.

#Sayajual Produk Original Victoria's Secret
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
Alhamdulillah. Even though I, myself, am not sure how many people do visit my website, but I still wanted to try and sell all these Victoria's Secret that I bought before I came back home on May last month. So, basically semua ni adalah Original. hiks.
Apa yang saya ada? Yes. Marilah kita window shopping di blog saya ni. :)
Since this is my first time trying to do an online business, I only bought four of these cute lip balm and lip scrub. Maknanya, limited edition lah sebab saya just nak test market. Kalau laris, then I will bring back a suitable amount of these when I come back for good next year, insyaAllah.
These two below are a kind of lip balm.
SOLD OUT
This pink one is a pink sugar flavored. It really does help you untuk melembapkan bibir anda nak nak pula untuk gegadis yang tak berapa suka minum air dan selalu mempunyai bibir yang kering (lewls saya pun selalu kena HAHA).
The silver one will give you a seriously soft lips and smooth. It will gives you a minty fresh cool feeling. Eceh kira macam terasa macam makan mentos haha. One of this flavor's users said that "it leaves a light gloss on the lips and makes them look fuller." Haa, untuk sesapa yang suka make up and are very particular about how your lips looks like, maybe you should try this one and experience the difference! :)
Here we have Strawberry Fizz flavored for the lip scrub. :) It has a sweet and candy-like taste as well as gives out the scent of strawberry which means delicious yumsssss~ I don't know the texture though but one of the reviews stated that it is rather smooth with just a little sugar grit.
You might want to grab one as your collections! Hehe. Plus, it has a very cute size which is perfect for your bag for those who likes to travel as well as untuk gegadis yang rajin pergi kenduri and nak sumbat this lip balm or lip scrub dalam handbag. hehe! All these three are at an affordable price, RM35/each including the postage.
VS Body Mist
Moving on to next collections. :) Here I have body mist. Honestly and I am pretty sure all of you are aware that VS do have a lot more body mist flavors (eh flavors ke panggil?) Just like what I said earlier, nak test market je so I only bought six of different flavors (k bantai je guna flavors haha). So, two of them were sold out: Love Spells and Paradise. All these body mist are 250ml. :)
Coconut Passion.
Yes, you read it right. HAHA. Memang coconut but kalau bau, it is more like vanilla sebab it is a mixed of both coconut scent and vanila. Serious wangi. Sila percaya okay, sebab apa? Sebab I spent almost one hour to choose these six flavors, pening kepala okay bau macam2 perfume. Haha. So, of course I chose only the ones with pleasant smells. :)
Pure Seduction. (Sold out)
It has a flirty, floral fragrance. Made up of a succulent red plum and sweet freesia and infused with conditioning aloe vera and calming chamomile. Wangi~ it has a very sweet scent, so bila pakai orang yang terbau might say, "eh, awak bau macam gula-gula lah!" k tak, over. haha mana ada strangers tegur macam tu. haha
Passion Struck.
Haa, ni pun wangi.Well for me this one paling wangi after the Love Spells. :) Sebab apa? This one has the scent combination of fuji apple and vanilla orchid. Best gila okay bau. :) Kira bau dia lembut je sebab sama macam atas, they infused the aloe vera and chamomile so it is very calming.
Surfside. (Sold out)
This one is a body mist with a combination of fresh guava and orchid. Wangi jugaklah of course kalau tak I won't bought this one. HAHA. Jadi, marilah beli.
The body mist fragrance is RM40/each excluding the postage.

Holiday Planning
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ
Dari kecik memang parents selalu bawak pergi holiday, selalunya masa akhir tahun, masa dekat2 nak birthday Abah yakni dekat2 nak Christmas.
I remember, being the youngest in the family, saya kena duduk dengan Mak, atas pangku. Haha. Sebab kereta Abah masa tu kereta Iswara model lama. Kalau tak silap lah. Sebab kitorang empat beradik, jadi saya kena duduk dengan Mak kat depan. Dulu, selalu je berjalan satu family.
Gambar kitorang empat beradik. Haha, pardon the emoticon. Sexy sangat pakai rompers je. :P
Haa, abaikan the discolored picture of my family, ni gambar lama. This was at Melaka kalau tak silap.
Bila dah besar sikit, Pamie starts tak follow kalau kitorang pergi holiday. Even kalau balik kampung pun kengkadang dia tak ikut. So somehow, rindu jugaklah. Nak nak pulak lepas Pamie and Akak dah kawen. Last year kitorang pergi Tambun pun Pami tak ikut, tapi ni salah saya, pilih tarikh mengejut sangat. Pami and Kak Long tak boleh mintak cuti. *Ampun~*
So, this year, sebab saya balik, Abah awal2 dah ajak kitorang holiday. Saya kena carik homestay semua. So, we decided to go holiday at Langkawi. Tapi tak pergi lagi, insyaAllah minggu pertama cuti sekolah. This time, insyaAllah semua pergi.
You can't imagine how excited I am to wait for that day to come. You know, have the time to spend with the two cutest niece and nephew. hehe. But I do feel a little guilty sebab semua kena spend some money. sorry. hhaahaha.
Okay, doakan perjalanan kami. :)
